K dispozícií je aj dvor s posedením pri grile, šmýkačka, hojdačka a trampolína. Ubytovanie sa nachádza v tichej lokalite s dostupnosťou na vlakovú, autobusovú stanicu, Kauflandu a Billy do 15min pešo. Tiež do 10 min. pešo sú kaviarne, reštaurácie a fitnescentrum a do 5 min. autom je termalpark Aquacity.

A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

Our apartment is an excellent option for those who appreciate comfort and design in interiors. A stay in it is sure to please guests of all ages. For the youngest we have a playground, and for slightly older a SPA area with sauna. The location of the apartment makes it close to mountain trails as well as to the biggest attractions of Zakopane. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It will be an ideal place to spend a family holiday as well as for a group of friends.

The barbecues outside and large gazebo gives you enough space to enjoy nice food and time with friends and family. Its all about the feeling:)
