Home on the banks of the Mississippi River. This home does NOT have dock access to the river. There is a boat launch about a 1/2 mile South. The Army corp of Engineers owns our bank so we are unable to clear any trees. A big family room with wood burning fireplace that opens up to a 3 season porch. Wabasha offers Ice fishing, downhill skiing, thrift shops & boutique, Slippery’s Home of Grumpy Old Men and the eagle center. State land nearby for hiking. Drive your ATV on county roads legally.

Welcome to Pepin Guest Haus! Unwind at our cozy yet modern loft above the garage with beautiful views of Lake Pepin and in walking distance to virtually everything in town. It is a block away from Villa Bellezza Winery. Pepin Guest Haus is nicely appointed with everything you need for a relaxing trip- queen bed, two twin rollaway beds, kitchenette, shower, living area with sofa and TV, and deck with seating area and grill. Enjoy our firepit area as well!
