Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. Beautiful 4 bedroom house on the beach at Horseshoe Bay. Stunning views. Huge lounge, with a conservatory, overlooking the beach. Courtesy transfers Please note heating is now by a heat pump, which makes the house cosy warm. Huge deck with a large BBQ. This house is a great place to have a family holiday, with heaps of room for the kids. Please be aware that the cell phone coverage is only Telecom, 027 and can be patchy at the house. Robbie's Beachside Studios (A)

Robbie's Accommodation consists of two absolute beachfront studio units located only 65m from the high tide mark, boasting fresh modern décor, a kitchenette (no cooking) but with tea and coffee, fridge and toaster, but there’s great cafes and restaurants nearby. Each room is separate and has its own ensuite bathroom. You can surf right to your door step on one of NZ's longest waves, or watch the boats come in and relax enjoying the stunning sea views of Taramea Bay.

Seafarers is ideal for those that want peace and quiet, away from the crowds and are happy to sit back, enjoy the scenery and listen to nature at it's best! The car is at your own risk, drivers must have a full license, $50 a day which includes your petrol, no need to refuel before you leave.
