Please note: We do not charge a cleaning fee; check out is 11am or otherwise by arrangement. Hosted by Iain and Virginia, Uiskentuie is ideally located for Napier's beautiful amenities. It is accessible and private, a self-contained apartment with generous sized bedroom and a day-room with mini kitchen, modern decor and access to private garden area. Walkways and cycling trails are on the doorstep and its an easy walk to restaurants and pubs. You'll feel on holiday as soon as you get here.

The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

The Granny on Gloucester

This unique space is a self-contained GrannyFlat “a home within our own home”. Boasting a kitchen with all the amenities & a dining space. Enjoy the lounge area with smart TV, Free WiFi & Netflix is included. A separate spacious bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite awaits your stay, all newly renovated throughout with comfort and ease in mind. Located in Greenmeadows a (15 min DRIVE FROM THE CITY CENTRE). Secure off street parking & your own entrance allows for added privacy during your stay.

Noir Cottage, a peaceful Black Barn style retreat!

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. Biking tracks are close by. The airport is 7mins away. Close by are two great vineyards which do tastings and food.

You will love the warm and relaxed feel of our 1970s beach bach with open plan living in the kitchen, lounge and dining area & new aluminium windows. Private outdoor courtyard area. Tea, coffee and coffee pods provided for the Nespresso machine. 2min walk to the beach and on the doorstep of the HB Bike Trail. Snapper Park Cafe is a short walk. HB airport is a 5 minute drive. Crab Farm Winery, The Art Shed, Bellatinos Food Lovers Market is a 12 minute walk away or 2 minute drive.

Whirinaki Beach Escape

Welcome to Whirinaki Beach Escape, the perfect spot to just stop and watch the sunrise over HB. Our cabin is perfect for a few days away to explore what HB has to offer and there is a lot to see. Grab a morning coffee and head across the road the watch the sunrise over the ocean. We are only 15 mins away from town or 5 mins away from Bayview village. Plenty of parking available. We are super dog friendly and our cabin is fully fenced to keep your woofer secured.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
