Experience the joy of staying in an off grid solar powered house. This modern light filled 2 bedroom house with open plan living area offers spectacular ever changing views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres. Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, olive grove, orchard, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck and the garden beyond or the stars above. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower under the sun or stars. (yes, we do also have an indoor shower) Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos and the occasional echidna through the floor to ceiling picture window. There is also a resident family of hares. Telstra & Optus get good reception but may depend on your phone's antenna quality. 90 mins south of Adelaide GPO 5 mins to Deep Creek Conservation Park + 10 mins 4WD drive to Blowhole Beach Experience the scenic walk (or the 4wd road) to the surf and popular fishing spot at Blowhole Beach. 10 mins from Cape Jervis and Sealink ferry to Kangaroo Island. A short drive to Morgans Beach at Cape Jervis, Second Valley and Rapid Bay beaches. Discover the varied walks within Deep Creek Conservation Park with its stunning coastal scenery, or explore beyond to Tunkalilla, Waitpinga and Parsons Beaches along Range Rd to Victor Harbor. Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree in the carpark growing near the carpark. Closed Tuesday & Wednesdays. We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

Relax while taking in the ocean views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the spacious, bright family room, or step into the sauna after a day exploring the coastline. Featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen, meals can be enjoyed at the 8-seater dining table. High-quality sheets & towels are provided, so you don’t need to worry about bringing linens.

Our home is large and well-appointed - it offers space, privacy and all creature comforts. There's a slow combustion fire for the cooler months (we provide wood ), a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, outdoor eating/deck with Webber BBQ, a dedicated TV room, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry. You'll also find free WIFI, board games, books and table tennis!

Belle’s Cottage is a tranquil rural retreat secreted down a private drive with deck overlooking paddocks, while being only 15 mins from Adelaide and walking distance to Stirling AND Aldgate Villages. A 2019 architectural renovation has enhanced the original stone cottage charm by maximising light and integrating ALL the mod cons. We've designed the beachpad of our dreams! Little Norma is colourful, cosy, cute, and comfortable. Little Norma is a 1980s 2 bedroom unit, located close to spectacular Normanville Beach foreshore, with shops, pub and cafes a short walk away. Stunning new bathroom with bath and separate shower. Hot outdoor shower - perfect after a day at the beach. Super comfortable beds and linen sheets. Gorgeous functional kitchen with everything you'll need. A beautiful place to chill for a while.

Kestrels Nest - a luxurious couples retreat

This beautifully renovated shack set on the sand in the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park has been lovingly styled with luxury in mind – it’s the perfect couples retreat to feel inspired, cosy up and reconnect. Enjoy ocean views from our hut on the dune, bath soaks under the stars and lazy days on the deck.

Space & peace to self isolate in beautiful surroundings with lots of trees & fabulous views. Sit by the wood combustion fire & warm your soul or lie in until lunchtime in soft linen sheets, listening to birdsong. Lost in the Vines is a very private space in the McLaren Vale wine district, surrounded by vines & views, with lots of great walks, wineries & restaurants nearby. The house is all yours but I am generally around if you have any queries. Walk, ride, read or just kick back.

3 Peaks Haus

A comfy home located in historic and charming Willunga. It is a short 1 minute walk to High Street with cafes, local pubs, galleries, markets including the popular Willunga Farmer's Market. McLaren Vale wineries are nearby and beautiful beaches adorn our coast. 3 Peaks Haus is a recently built home. The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
