Where else can you stand on the front step of a little piece of history, with an avenue of giant Norfolk Pines to the right, the delight of all that a town has to offer at your back, and the long sandy beaches and roar of the Southern Ocean over the dunes in front of you? We apologize the 3rd bedroom is currently not available.

Ideally located in the heart of heritage Camperdown, a beautiful small country town with majestic elm avenues. 8 cafes, 3 hotels, 2 supermarkets, & shops are nearby. The Vaughn Williams Suite is upstairs. It is a large room that comprises a double bed, kitchenette & ensuite bathroom, with access to the terrace which overlooks the elm avenue of Manifold Street. Access to this apartment is only available through the rear entrance, via the residence. Basic breakfast provisions. No pets, sadly.

It has amazing views of the country side, yet it is nestled in a quiet and secluded spot right in the heart of the city. A short 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and CBD. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and accessories make this apartment feel like home.

Abalone Seaside Apartment is in close proximity to many of Warrnambool’s top locations including, Lake Pertobe, Flagstaff Hill featuring a brilliant sound and light show, Warrnambool’s main beach, geothermal pool and skate park, and walking distance to some fabulous restraunts, including, the Lady Bay, Simons and the Pavilion. In the house you will find access to, skateboards, boogy boards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.
