This is The One The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever so Popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. Please do not send request for dates when they are already booked. Especially in the summer. If I have availability the dates will show it is open on my calendar. Pets allowed Sept - May. Misquamicut Groove Beach Cottage

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This newly remodeled beach cottage is a 1-minute walk to a private neighborhood beach. Beach passes for 12 and a variety of beach gear are included. The cottage sleeps 8-10 with a king bed, kids' loft, two downstairs bedrooms, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy a living room that opens to the sun porch, games, and AppleTV. The backyard offers a hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, dining area, and firepit. Fully stocked kitchen, extra fridge, and washer/dryer provided.

Our TWO FAMILY house is 0.4 mi from the beach! You’ll have access to the entire 2 story house with separate entrances to each floor! Your stay includes exclusive access to the 3 gorgeous beaches in the Fire District of Misquamicut, RI, located in the beautiful town of Westerly. You’ll receive a parking pass in addition to the walk-on passes. Meals on the beach are within walking distance, or can easily be made in one of our TWO well appointed kitchens and enjoyed on our spacious back deck.

Romantic Seaside Cottage in Mystic

This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

Our tight knit community is drawn to the ocean and interconnected through everything within. Become a local if even for just a weekend. Walk downtown on Elm St and through Wilcox Park in route for a well crafted meal, live music, or to browse our shops. Whether packing a surfboard, fishing rod, or a good read, make sure you've got plenty sun screen and an appetite.

South County House

South County House is a 1500 sq ft two bedroom, 1.5 bath cape built in 1936 that sits on nearly an acre of land, 3/4 of a mile from the ocean in Westerly, RI. It borders preserved forest, and there is a small family farm across the street. The house has been thoughtfully redesigned and renovated with relaxation in mind, and provides an ideal escape from the distractions and noise of modern life. Historic Downtown Westerly with its thriving restaurant, arts & music scene is 1.5 miles from the house. Take a short drive to Stonington or Mystic for shopping or local vineyards. Feeling lucky? Fab newly decorated suite in 1957 home set on a private pond near Watch Hill, RI. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven.
