Immediately adjacent is your own big, heated, private and well-appointed shower-room & loo, much liked by guests. Jurassic Coast 9 miles as the seagull flies.

Little Knapp has cosy underfloor heating and a luxurious shower room.

An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

The open plan living area has a modern integrated kitchen, armchair, sofa and dining table. It’s perfect as a quiet bolthole or a romantic retreat for two. You’ll love my place because of the views, the comfy bed, and the cosiness. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Check out is at 10.00 am.
