Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood, so unfortunately we do NOT allow gatherings of more than 15 persons. This is a multi-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

Enjoy this MIDDLE level flat of a home built in 1924. This studio has a living space with a full kitchen and a full bathroom. The bed is in what would be the dining room. There is a desk with a printer/scanner/copier. Because of the age of the home, the suite is small and has squeaky floors (YOU WILL HEAR GUESTS upstairs and downstairs if the either flat is booked). The 4 stairs to the flat are narrow and steep. 15-min walk from downtown Plymouth. 20-min drive to the airport. PLEASE READ BELOW!
