The Grainery with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. This comfortable home is close to everything and yet a peaceful place to stay. We are experienced Airbnb hosts who enjoy making a place for happy guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed, & walk-in closet. A charming home in the country just off Rt 66 between Conway & Niangua & located down a private lane where you can sit on the porch & enjoy your peaceful surroundings. The huge sycamore tree in the front yard provides shade & a cool breeze. A fire pit is available. Each room of this 3 BR/1 bath home is fully furnished. The newly updated kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. There’s a gas grill for cookouts. So pack your bags & head to the country for a peaceful retreat!

Busy Bee's Electrified Landing Campsite (20AMP)

Try our truly one-of-a-kind place nestled softly up under a group of 50+-year-old cedar trees. It has a Commercial Park grill, a 3' Outdoor-Themed metal fire ring, a Picnic Table, and electricity. This comes with 20 amps total( 4 waterproof electric outlets and lights if needed remember 20 amps total :) for an inperson add-on price of $10 more 30 amp electricity is also available at this site. This camp is connected to the green cedar trail system that takes you all around the property.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! RV There Yet 20 or 30 amp RV outlet, 50 extra

A Nice quiet spot at the front of our berry farm and next to the start of our honeyberry fields. It is a 30 AMP Electric Hookup and comes with a metal fire ring. Check-in is at 1:00 pm or after and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Can Call on short notice or as late as midnight. No Black Sewer Dumping. Gray water dumping for only $10.00 extra. Enjoy nature at our Berry Farm from walking thru our fields and woods to throwing axes and pitching horseshoes the days will fly by.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Watch the goats, ponies and cattle from your fenced in back yard. Enjoy time in the porch swing or eating your meals at the picnic table. If you want a safe and peaceful getaway, Consider Camping on our Private 40 Acre Farm. Rustling Ridge is a Medium Campsite Carved out of a grove of 25 year old cedar trees. Can Accommodate 6 people (2-3 tents) Paths all leading in different directions off of the fire pit. It has a 3' fire ring with 4 built in concrete seats and a concrete table. Check in time is at 1:00 and check out time is at 12:00 noon.
