Moments away from abundant walking and cycling trails including Central Otago Rail Trail, Roxburgh Gorge and River Tracks. Nearby the Clutha and Manuherikia rivers offer boating, fishing, swimming and even gold panning.

A private apartment with its own entrance attached to the main house. Private parking space and secure storage for bicycles, if needed. The apartment has a relaxing area with wifi, television including Netflix attached to a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, toaster, fridge and a microwave for heating pre-prepared food. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.

Water will be in containers. The toilet it is a long drop with a great view. there is no Power (can supply a generator) This place is not for the townie or faint hearted who can’t handle the country life .
