Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

This is a brand new studio/granny flat located in one of Perth's premier locations. Walking distance to the Leederville and Wembley cafe strips and a number of hidden gems well worth exploring. you will have off street parking and your own dedicated access to your private accommodation, with a shared back yard. Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.
