Gramps and Granny’s Little House

You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s and Gramps little house. A full kitchen and comfy couch to relax on and watch the big screen tv. Enjoy the 9 foot ceilings that makes it feel spacious. The a/c is nice and cold and the king size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath in the big tub. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander & several restaurants & shopping are just 5-15 minutes away.

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

You will find that the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’d need for cooking meals. High speed internet. 3.1 miles to ULM, 1.4 miles to Forsythe Park, 5.8 miles to airport, 16miles to Sterlington Sports Complex.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

Piney Woods A-Frame is a cozy rustic cabin tucked away from it all to give you the solitude you've been craving. This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!
