The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is in a quiet subdivision on a large double lot facing a dead end street. The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

This pristine cabin is nestled in between the red oaks, and overlooks the rolling hills of an operating cattle farm. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just minutes from Big Piney River, Mark Twain national Forest, and Ozark National scenic River ways! Nestled in the pines on the outskirts of town you will think you are hours from anyone! Sit around the fire pit by the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature! Piney River Brewery is just minutes away with River access in almost every direction!

Janie Holler Hide-a-way

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

Old Dairy Barn

This former dairy barn sits on a farm that has been in our family for 150 years. It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.

Emily's Cottage-Old Charm with Modern Conveniences

Emily's Cottage was Hand-Built-on-Site and is modeled after a 1930's style cottage but with all the Modern Conveniences. It sits in a peaceful wooded setting 2 miles down a quiet country road surrounded by peaceful pastures and woodlands. A unique & tranquil place. Emily's Cottage and Leona's Cottage are separated by a grove of trees allowing privacy for both but close enough to have family/friend gatherings that can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

The Archer House - 1 block from Spring River!

The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!.

Shipp’s Landing-Cozy Secluded Retreat on the water

Take it easy at this tranquil cabin getaway directly on the Spring River; ideal for trout/bass fishing, kayaking/tubing and relaxing. Indulge in the comfort of this off the beaten path retreat. Spacious back deck overlooking the water. Enjoy listening to the sounds of the river around the fire pit that comes stocked with complimentary wood, or show off your skills on the top deck with a charcoal grill!

Newly renovated 1900’s farmhouse with attention to detail. Historic home with current new fixtures. This gorgeous home has beautiful bathroom with a large shower and a double slipper clawfoot tub.
