Unique space in one of the best country neighborhoods around. 6.5 miles to Hillsborough healthy grocery store, 8 to Carrboro/Chapel Hill, 18 to Durham. Serene pond and grounds.

This 1950 bungalow is a spacious, peaceful and comfortable place to stay for any travel need. It has two workstations, high-speed wifi, 4K TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. The backyard is large with a grill and seating area overlooking oak trees. The bungalow is located right next to Northgate Park, with dog parks, tennis courts, picnic area and walking trails. Downtown, Duke University, Duke Medical Center and Duke Hospital are just a short bike ride away.
