Both were converted to a homes in 1905 and then we restored this house in 2021 to give it the character it once had, and bring it back to life. Charming 1870s Home Near Beaches and Casinos

Built in 1870, this home was the first on the street. It boasts a charming interior with ample outdoor space for gathering and relaxing. You will see some older features of the house that were kept to preserve history (some door hardware, low ceilings, flooring, including old paint splatters, and the old coal chute covers). Centrally located to Downtown Westerly, Misquamicut beach, Mystic, casinos and all that Connecticut and Rhode Island have to offer.
