Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Oceanview Beachside Retreat

Perfect for a private and relaxing getaway. This spacious self-contained accommodation offers a peaceful retreat with ocean views. Indulge in the luxury of an amazing bathroom, featuring a scenic outlook onto a tropical garden. Two golf courses, the beach, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. Owners live above the apartment. In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

The Palms Studio with 2p sauna and tropical garden

THE PALMS studio is the perfect gateway down south for those looking to relax and unwind in a comfortable setting, close to town. Inside, you'll find a welcoming and cozy space tastefully decorated with a vintage seaside touch, providing a peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy. Step outside and you'll find our IR sauna (2 person max) on the deck surrounded by a lush tropical garden, making it the ideal place to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring in the beautiful surroundings.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Sea La Vie | Private Sauna Retreat Near Town&Beach

Nestled in the heart of nature, Sea La Vie is enveloped by towering Blue Gums and the soothing sounds of birds. While it offers a serene retreat, it remains conveniently close to town, the river (track across the road) and beautiful beaches perfect for swimming or catching one of the world's most spectacular sunsets. Soak in the comfort of this romantic space, featuring a Scandinavian-inspired architectural sauna and the warmth of an outdoor bath, for a truly rejuvenating experience.

Lola by the bay - cosy getaway

Lola by the bay is a stylish and relaxing guest suite, designed to host two people in comfort and peace. Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.

Gorgeous Private 1 Bed Cottage

Our lovely private 1 bed cottage is just 5 minute drive outside the beautiful timber town of Jarrahdale. Bordering Serpentine National park. We are 5 minute drive to the Township which includes a Tavern, Post Office, General Store. Also Millbrook Winery, The Quarry Farm and several other venues which makes this cottage perfect for a stopover or longer stay.

Sylvaner Hideaway

An original Margaret River rammed earth & timber two story home set in a quiet cul de sac which is close to the centre of town. Your accommodation is the whole top floor. It is a private, spacious area perched among the trees with a balcony where you can relax in the evenings with a glass of wine from the region.
