Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Cosy cottage style unit

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place - separate lounge, dining, bedroom and bathroom. Big screen TV with Netflix in cosy lounge. Outside covered seating to enjoy eating or watching the starry sky at night. Park-like grounds and birdsong during the day. Our location in semi-rural Welcome Bay puts you in easy reach of the surrounding Tauranga/Mt Maunganui/Papamoa/Te-Puke areas ( about 15-20 mins drive). Only 1 hours drive to Rotorua. 50 minutes to Hobbiton.

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Waterfront Pool House Tauranga CBD

Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

Cosy Farmstay near the beach

Relax in the Papamoa countryside, at our Farmstay retreat! Enjoy its magical & peaceful location, only a 7-minute drive from beautiful beaches and 10 minutes to great cafes and shops. Venture out your front door and enjoy the beautiful Papamoa Hills walk with historic Maori Pa sites! Meet our pet farm animals, hand feed Mr Chips & Ivy (Flemish giant rabbits), chickens, Mara & Wednesday (our pet goats), Larry, Emily ( sheep) & Piglet & Rosie (pet cows). Weekly or monthly rate available.

Enjoy our attractive, quiet neighbourhood and easy access to Tauranga CBD 10 minutes walk away. Walking distance to Waikato University CBD Campus, restaurants, cafés, fast food, bakery, Pharmacy and Medical centre. Saturday Farmers Market and Bus routes at top of road. Suitable singles, couples and business. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and require guests to be similarity vaccinated as a condition of any booking. The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Central Parade Hidden Gem with home-made bread!

This beautifully appointed one bedroom guest suite is located close to the beaches and shops. With a comfortable queen bed, a generous sized living area and modern fittings throughout, this guest suite will feel like your home away from home. A well equipped kitchenette allows for the preparation of basic meals that can be enjoyed outside on the deck overlooking the tropical garden. Enjoy the best Papamoa has to offer in our comfortable private guest wing in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from the beach. The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.
