Lake Front Landing On Lake Windsor No cleaning fee

A welcoming lakefront suite in Bella Vista located on beautiful Lake Windsor. Your suite offers a serene view, a private entrance in a quiet neighborhood. In the early hours you can spot wildlife including deer, mink, ducks, fox, and geese. A large deck overlooks the lake for your morning coffee or your evening snack. You will have access to our private dock, swimming deck and kayaks. Amenities in this complex are golf courses, workout facilitates, gun range, pool & boat rental.

Page's Legacy: Spring Getaway at the Lake

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. A private “duplex” style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista’s Back 40. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.

WestSide Brick Barn Studio

The Brick Barn Studio is a sweet and peaceful private space on the first floor of a late 19th century Carriage House. Guests enjoy private entry to their accommodation, mini kitchen, shower/bathroom, and laundry, king mattress on a unique built-in bench platform, and a convertible sofa for another guest or two. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.

Everything you need is in your separate and private 650 sqft floor, which is the lower level of our home on top of the mountain. We're in the middle of nature, so be prepared to share space with deer, bear, coyotes, fireflies, and lady bugs. Mini-Frig, Microwave, Keurig coffee with coffee supplies.
