From a morning coffee on the covered back porch, watching the sun rise, to the many beautiful waterfalls and hiking in the area, you will find space to rest your mind and your spirit.

This place to stay is truly one of a kind. This is an amazingly cute and modern Tiny House with all the essentials you could ask for. Black marble shower, two flat screens mini split air conditioner, electric fire place. IIt has a nice big front deck for you to lounge around under the big magnolia tree or have a barbecue. Excellent location it is about 10 minutes to Seneca in 20 minutes to Clemson. g. It’s only three minutes to restaurants and 5 minutes to waterfalls. Private fire pit also!

Kate’s Cabin

Enjoy some relaxation in our secluded tiny house in the woods! Built in 2025 this home boasts many wonderful amenities! Cook a meal in the fully furnished kitchen then enjoy it at the bar top table on the wrap around porch. Once the sun goes down turn on the string lights and soak a while in the hot tub. You will feel like you are away from it all but the location is convenient to many attractions. Many waterfalls and other hikes are minutes away. Clemson University is 30 minutes away.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Tranquil Chauga River Getaway offers a clean, safe, quiet retreat on beautiful Chauga River. There is a private dock that offers fishing and access by boat to Lake Hartwell. Multiple private decks provide river views, as well as, wildlife like ducks, blue herring, birds, and the occasional beaver. Private, dead end road access means minimal traffic. Area provides activities like waterfalls, hiking, kayaking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing pier, rafting, sightseeing, etc.

The Cottage

Spend time by the pond and cast a line for a simple, relaxing escape (fishing poles not provided). Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on Lake Hartwell. Far enough to get away, close enough to want to stay. Less than 2 hours from Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC and is only 33 minutes from Clemson, SC. In the spring, fall and winter it feels like a mountain home and is only 45 minutes to waterfalls and hikes. In the summer, it is the perfect lake spot!

Mountain Road Cottage

Relax and unwind at this brand new peaceful cottage in the woods. The cottage is private but only a short distance Westminster, Walhalla, Seneca and Clemson is only 16 miles away. It s a short drive to the many hiking trails, parks, and lakes of the Golden Corner of South Carolina. As of June 29, 2024 the cottage has WiFi (250 MBPS).
