Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Nothing fancy, but very cute! Located on the canal at Lake Mitchell with limited front view of the lake. Plenty of canal front to park your boat. We have 4 kayaks for your use, a screened in tent on the back deck, and outdoor heater. Also a great location for winter sports. 15 minutes from Cabrafe Peaks! We are under the rules of Cherry Grove Township Property #250006. Conveniently located btw Cadillac and Traverse City and close to the Manistee River and forest. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts! Very comfortable cabin with everything you need, includes refrigerator/freezer, microwave and cook plate and all the utensils, dishes, and silverware. The bathhouse is large with a sink, shower/bathtub, and toilet. It has electricity, hot water with a locking door for privacy. It is only steps away from the cabin. Highly recommended for a unique, quiet get away.

The Manistee River Retreat is a home located on a bluff overlooking the Manistee River. It is on a private drive. The large deck has a grille, dining table and a table and chairs by the fire pit. The deck overlooks the river valley. From the kitchen door wall is the screen porch that has a dining set for four. Inside the remodeled home is a spacious eat in kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, full bath and a mud room. Like our other Airbnb "Manistee River Cabin" it is sparkling clean.

Sleeps up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 3 kids. Walk across the road for access to pleasant lake beach. Drive 40 minutes to Traverse city, or 5-10 minutes to any area in Cadillac. The Smiling Moose Lodge is perfect for your next family getaway. The house sleeps 16 in beds and has plenty of space for the whole family and then some. Centrally located between Traverse City, Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort, the City of Cadillac, and Caberfae Peaks ski resort. The ORV trail for snowmobiling starts at the end of the driveway and the Manistee River is 3 minutes away where you can enjoy all of nature by canoe, kayak (4 provided) or boat.
