Enjoy sundowners watching the sunset from the balcony in this elevated property built on the slopes of Beeston bump. 4 bedrooms (NB the 2 downstairs are adjoining) fantastic open plan living space with a cosy TV snug to get away or keep children happy while you enjoy adult time around the table. A light and airy space in summer and a warm bolt hole in winter. Wheelchair ramp to front door if needed.

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

Stable Cottage, Blakeney: a few steps from the sea

A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Fernhill is a peaceful and stunning home, offering a comfortable stay for up to 13. Located in the hamlet of Felbrigg, the house boasts 5 double bedrooms, a social area, sun terrace and lots more. Situated in a unique woodland setting, the home provides wonderful views of the surrounding nature. With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Our home away from home, we have lovingly restored to relax and make memories to treasure during your stay. Come and stay at Tickers to blow the cobwebs away, enjoy the amazing scenery, delicious food and coastal path walks which are accessed from the back door! Relax with our roaring log burner or a bath to soak in after a long day on the beach. Small enclosed gardens to front and rear of the property. Off street parking is available behind the house on a first come first served basis.

The Holt House is a beautiful, dog friendly holiday home in North Norfolk. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It is in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. It has a parking space with additional free on street parking available. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Dog and family friendly. A great location with easy access to Sheringham town centre, the beach is within 1 mile, and the beautiful woodland at Pretty Corner is a super nature trail with excellent walks, making it perfect for hikers, dogs or just a fun place for kids to run around.

The Boathouse is a large holiday home in the heart of Blakeney on the North Norfolk Coast. Number 9 is a gorgeous Norfolk pebbled cottage just 150m from the sea and in the heart of Sheringham. Our luxurious 5 bedroom house has parking for 3 cars, a garden, super fast broadband. BBQ, beach toys…! Dreamy beds, log burners, snug, sitting room and eat in kitchen. Dogs welcome .

Cart Lodge your home away from home

Cart Lodge is a beautiful barn conversion situated in North Norfolk. Conveniently close to the town of Holt and only 6 miles from the Coast. Cart Lodge comfortably sleeps 10 and has a very sociable living space great for a get together with friends and family. Book with us during the winter months, October 2025 to March 2026 and the hot tub is included. The Hot tub is bookable as an extra cost at all other times.
