The conveniently close highway access allows for quick trips to the mountains. I live in a completely separate unit on the main level. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage. Fire pit availability dependent upon weather.

Only 3 miles from downtown, Rockies, Broncos and Ball Stadium. 20 min to Red Rocks. A perfect getaway!
