A modern beach villa with its own private pool. Sleeps up to 4 adults in separate rooms. Just 250 steps from the azure blue waters and soft white corals sands of Grace Bay beach. In a quiet off-street location. Perfect for a romantic getaway. With its quiet secluded garden and pool area, many of our guests come to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and honeymoons in full privacy. Walk to coral reef snorkeling in 3 mins plus several restaurants. Large grocery supermarket & shops are nearby.

Flamingo’s Nest is the perfect home for a family vacation or couple’s getaway on North Caicos. North Caicos is a great place to escape the busyness of Providenciales! The ideal place to relax undisturbed and experience the TCI. Flamingo's Nest has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds (a roll-away bed is available upon request). You'll be close to Whitby Beach, local restaurants, convenience stores. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the tranquility, the outdoors space.

Juba Sunset

Waterfront Private apartment that is fully furnished. Private deck. fantastic views overlooking Juba Sound. within 7mins to Grace Bay, world famous Grace Bay Beach and shops. Very quiet and safe area. Infinity edge pool included. Glorious sunsets. BBQ on the waterfront. Only a couple of mins away from popular Kite Surfing spot. There is also a Kayak available for guests use down on the waterfront. This is the only rental unit on property, you will be the only guests.

Poco Villa

Situated in the Discovery Bay Canal "Poco Villa" is a separated complete studio with a view of the canal and access to a freshwater pool and sun decK with bar and barbeque. The accommodation is a one a/c unit with a full kitchen living room and tv. Its a peacefull place surrounded by water. There are two units for rent on this property the other "Coco Villa" both being double occupancy. We do suggest our guests have a vehicle rental to explore the island.

Dorado Duplex: Oceanfront condo

Escape to the untouched beauty of North Caicos, just a 30-minute ferry ride from Providenciales, where you'll find our secluded beachfront duplex condo offering a taste of the wild Caribbean. North Caicos is a quick jaunt from the hustle and bustle of Providenciales. Walk secluded, untouched beaches and immerse yourself in peace, quiet, and tranquility of a quiet, remote island (with Starlink access for streaming or work remote).

Sandpiper Cottage, minutes from the beach

Kick back and relax in this delightful modern one bedroom cottage in the high end residential gated community of Leeward. Grace Bay Beach, most recently voted “The best in the world” is only a 4 minute walk away! This cozy cottage is perfect for a couple, wanting to relax and have some downtime. Complete with full kitchen, washer/dryer/ BBQ, high speed internet with cable TV and all amenities needed for the perfect getaway.

Spacious contemporary private villa

This beautiful and well appointed property was constructed in 2011. It has contemporary appliances, over 1400sq/ft of internal space with high '"loft" ceilings along with two large external deck areas and a private garden / yard. Located in walking distance to the main supermarket and gracebay west beaches (Bight Park), it makes the perfect island getaway.

Villa Jayla

Villa Jayla is located on the south side of Providenciales approximately 1 mile from the famous sapadilla and Taylor bay beaches. the Beautiful Villa sits on the south side of the Island over looking the sound where you can go kayaking or chill and look at the beautiful sunset. We now have a paddle board!
