Located on the edge of the Lake District, tucked away in the old part of Great Broughton, on a quiet lane just off the Main Street with lovely walks along the River Derwent right from the doorstep & views over the river & western fells. Cockermouth & Keswick are a short drive away along with the seaside towns of Maryport & Whitehaven & the beaches at Allonby & St Bees. Easy access to the Lakes & the Western Wainwright Fells.

Holly Cottage

Unwind at this unspoiled quiet, peaceful location in the Lake District national park. Our 17th century farm workers cottage has been renovated to provide modern accommodation whilst keeping its traditional character. 20 mins walk from the village of Ennerdale Bridge, with 2 excellent pubs & a cafe. Many walks and cycle routes from the cottage doorstep. Situated very close to Ennerdale Water & the C2C and wainwright coast to coast routes. Easy access to western fells and solway coast.

A modern take on a historic building, keeping some of the original heritage but with a modern contemporary feel! The ideal getaway location for a relaxed break near the lakes, with local amenities. Milo's place is a new conversion just off the main street of Egremont. The castle is on the door step and would be a good place to go for a walk. Egremont is a historic market town and the main street can meet all your living needs with shops, fast food outlets and pubs. 10 minutes drive to St. Bee beach, 30 minutes drive to Scafell, the highest mountain of England. It's also convenient for west lakes' activities. It's a nice place to stay for leisure and business.
