Check the campground map in our pictures to see the layout and understand there is a communal, fully equipped standard bathroom for all 3 cabins. 4 min walk from parking and bathroom. Full hot shower. The A Frame can accommodate a small 3rd guest (child)

The Cottage at Deerfield Farm

Spacious farm house in the Dalton Bedroom Community of Beaverdale. Totally remodeled 3 years ago this location is very near many Wedding Venues, Sporting Venues, & sits at the foothills to the Cohutta Wilderness Area. Nearby activities include hiking, mountain biking, kayak/canoeing, golf, disc golf, etc. The entire house is one level & has a low wheelchair ramp from the garage to the living areas. Interior doors are 32”-34” doors with the exception of the 2nd bathroom which is 30”.

$100 fee for pets. no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. This quaint little tiny home is located on the lake with a great dock for fishing! Everything is new inside! We have 7 other homes in this area if you have more people. Enjoy your cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the lake and listening to the sound of nature! Be sure to bring your fishing gear or kayaks for a great addition to our home! Peaceful community, impeccably clean and managed with true southern hospitality!
