Ammenities include wi-fi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fenced yard, outdoor gas grill, central air-conditioning, water softner and weekly house cleaning.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

Built in the early 1900’s and lovingly renewed in 2021/2022, the Guesthouse is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath quaint home filled with unique areas and nooks in almost 1,000 square feet of space to give you privacy, yet ample room to share memories with your friends and family.

We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
