June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft, spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king bed, a full sofa sleeper, and a full-size couch. There is a small desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. The hosts are usually available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Newly remodeled daylight basement apartment in vintage Sunnyside Hill home. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Located on major bus route to WSU. Decor features fine art from proprietor's collection. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances and rollaway dishwasher. Main bedroom has queen bed with a comfy fouton in office/sitting room. Breakfast items provided and meals can be arranged with Chef Joan or prepared by guests.

Great place for coming to visit friends and family in the Palouse! Spacious kitchen to host dinners, large living room area to relax, and a large bedroom (big enough to fit multiple pack and plays if needed). Located on pioneer hill, this space is a 5-minute drive away from campus and an even quicker drive down the hill to downtown Pullman. Just a block's walk away from a bus stop to grab a ride to the game, and close to a few of Pullman's best parks!

Carolyn's Cozy Coop - a private little place

This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
