O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. Nestled in the privacy of our organic farm the off grid hut sits with panoramic views of the Redcross valley down to Brittas Bay and the Irish Sea . The hut is beside a canopy of mature beech trees and on some days the nesting kites will give aerial displays to lift one’s spirits . At night the sky scape is uninterrupted and the stars can almost touch you The dawn breaks over your deck and the setting sun gives you witness to the splendour of the nature surrounding you.
