The house is spacious, including a fully furnished terrace and BBQ. The villa has a big private garden with a trampoline, private swimming pool and is surrounded by swimming water. It is a fantastic place for families, friends or business people looking for space and tranquility a step away from Amsterdam.

Romantisch chalet direct aan prachtig natuurwater

Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Goed bereikbaar (20km van Amsterdam, 15 van Utrecht, 3 van de A2) en met mogelijke huur van fietsen, sloep en zeilboot. ZIE "WAAR JE ZULT VERBLIJVEN" VOOR INFO!

Zeer compleet huis op een eiland met een eigen motorboot. Dit alles in een mooie omgeving met veel natuur, waar voldoende te doen is voor iedereen. In de tuin kunt u lekker luieren in een hangmat, trampoline springen, kanoën, suppen en zwemmen vanaf je eigen steiger. In de omgeving kunt u verder wandelen en fietsen naar het nabijgelegen dorp Breukelen en/of wandelen langs de Vecht. Vanaf station Breukelen bent u met de trein binnen 25 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam of Utrecht.

It’s a relaxing place to stay – swim, sup, sail directly from the garden – with the cities Amsterdam and Utrecht just around the corner. The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Plassenzicht Logies - Studio "Water" on the Loosdrecht lakes (Loosdrechtse Plassen).

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

Een unieke ervaring! Neem een duik in het water, eet en drink op het terras en geniet van de vrijheid. Een waar vakantiegevoel. Lekker aan het water en toch op loopafstand van het centrum van Utrecht. Wij hopen dat jullie kunnen genieten van ons fijne thuis. Ook super fijn voor kinderen. Wij hebben zelf een peuter dus peuterslaapkamer, speelgoed, badje én hekwerk bij het water.. het is allemaal aanwezig! Let op : wij hebben twee (hele lieve!) Britse Korthaar poezen!

Tiny house: Romantic sailboat in Amsterdam.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.

Chalet aan het water

Ben jij op zoek naar rust en ontspanning kom genieten in ons vakantiehuisje aan het water. Onze vakantie woning is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen Het stijlvol ingerichte vakantiehuisje is een fijne plek om te verblijven. De ruime steiger met overkapping is een heerlijke plek om te genieten van het uitzicht over het water. Ook in het centrum van Breukelen is genoeg te beleven zoals diverse winkels, supermarkten en restaurants.

The Findament.

Our original luxurious holiday-let provides you with peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The house has been built on the edge of the forest and has views over the fields. It has been built in the same style as the main house that on the same estate. Both houses have a zero carbon footprint. We use earth heat, solar panels and ground water from our own well. There is also a large vegetable patch which adds to our self-sufficiency.
