Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

After sunset, enjoy a nice campfire in your firepit, as you STARGAZE into the night! This Tiny Home is fully equipped with ALL of your needs. Located on the back 3 acres of property, from which you will have your own Golf Cart to travel to/from our Designate Parking Area.

Sapphire Cottage - sleeps 6, on 5 acres with canal

On 5 beautiful wooded acres with a boat dock on the canal. Relax by the shared pool, enjoy a BBQ by the firepit, fish from the boat dock, enjoy nature, or simply read a book in the gazebo. Sapphire Cottage has a Master with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full size sofa-beds, dinning area for 6, and a full size bathroom. Whether you are looking to relax, enjoy the farm animals, or a bit of adventure we have the perfect location. We live in the main house across the cottage.

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Conveniently located in Lake County, FL, you are about an hour from beaches, theme parks and the Orlando airport, yet only minutes from the Ocala National Forest and beautiful natural springs. We have an abundance of wildlife here: birds, gators, bears, lizards. and more. Smoking is allowed but outside only. Our place is best suited for couples or solo travelers. We have a two person max limit. No kids. No extra guests. No parties are allowed on our property. Pet's are welcomed

It is just a mile from Rainbow River and is ideally suited to guests who want to golf, fish, bike, or enjoy water sports, as well as those who want to nature watch. Only 20 miles to WEC (World Equestrian Center). Includes two parking spaces and a boat slip. Boat launch across the river.

Bike on the nearby Withlacoochee Trail. There are 2 bedrooms plus living room sleeper sofa, and a lanai with a day bed. Fully furnished. Orlando theme parks are 1 1/2 hour away, Busch Gardens 1 hour. Close to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa and Crystal River for manatee viewing or scallop season.

Lake Dora Dream-Waterfront/Pool
