One bedroomed cottage-private beach access.

My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.

Situated on Ballito’s main beach, Willard’s Beach, 402 Kenwyn-on-Sea is a large, modernly furnished, light & airy self-catering apartment for 6 guests located within a secure complex. With direct beach access, you can within minutes be swimming in the warm Indian Ocean or taking a stroll along the 3km beach promenade. An inverter provides peace of mind with battery backup for all lights, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine and fridge during loadshedding or power outages.

Hideaway in Ballito

Set in Simbithi, a secure eco-estate, wake up and see the sea, go to sleep hearing the waves in the distance. The unit has its own entrance and is private. I can also add an extra room and bathroom right next door. The Hideaway has a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a lounge/dining area with a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or heat up snacks. It is a special space to relax and unwind. Please note there are natural rock stairs to the unit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Our cabin is situated directly on the spectacular Indian Ocean, in a safe and peaceful location and has everything you need to rest and relax. Seaside Heaven offers a modern well equipped kitchen, 1 x sea facing king bed, outdoor braai area and is a short walk to the heart of Umdloti ! The Cabin can only be accessed via walking stairs (100 to be exact).
