Beautiful for a country getaway 10 minutes to McLaren Vale & Willunga and just down the road from Kuitpo forest. Many incredible restaurants and wineries nearby. Luxuriously appointed, it is the perfect space for couples to relax between exploring all the Adelaide Hills and surrounds has to offer.

Strout Farm Cottage Est. 1842.

Strout Farm Cottage still belongs to the Strouts who have lived here for more than 180yrs. Starting with Richard Strout, there have been 7 generations of Strouts live in this cottage. Most of the furniture, photos and ornaments come with a story of where they fit in the Strout timeline. Additionally, there are more than 20 cellar doors within a 1.5km, including Leconfield, Wirra Wirra and Down The Rabbit Hole, this is the perfect location to explore the McLaren Vale wine region..

This studio is located on our 2 acre property surrounded by a working vineyard. Featuring natural light, a queen bed, lounge area, modern functioning kitchen, breakfast bar nook and a separate modern bathroom. There is an outdoor spa bath on the large deck with views back to McLaren Vale. Nearby is Willunga township and golf course, farmers market, cellar doors, restaurants and beaches. Those looking for exercise we have a tennis court and the Shiraz trail is adjacent.
