Hidden behind a tall hedge Kuranda house has a double door wide entrance hall, 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, dining, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, Plus a 5th small bedroom/office and sleeps up to 10 people. Old world charm with modern conveniences. We have one security camera at the front door facing the walk way/drive way and will be on during your stay.

Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

This luxurious cottage offers accommodation for up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults with children. Bedroom 1 queen bed, separate 2nd room single day bed with rollaway trundle.Includes coffee machine, fridge, kettle/toaste, microwaveand bathroom, wall mounted TV, Wi Fi, Netflix, split system heating/cooling, luxurious furnishings including quality French bed linen. All pets are most welcome guests, acreage for horses. I have a labrador and cats. There is a private entrance to the cottage.

Two bedroom house with a modern kitchen, outdoor area and a pet friendly secure backyard. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 king singles and a fold out bed in the lounge room if needed. Main bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. We also have a porta cot and high chair available on request. Contential breakfast is included in the price. Riverbend House also has Wi-Fi and Stan.
