Nanango Eco Cottage

A country getaway on 5 acres. A neat little cottage with 2 bedrooms, and a 3rd bedroom/granny flat detached from main house on 5 acres. Close to town (6km) in the South Burnett region, with easy getaways to cycle trails, state forest, local sights with lots of local food and delicacies. NOTE: We have had request for families with infants. There is unfenced dam on the property, and we have been advised not the take bookings with infants. No work bookings please, as we have had bad experiences.

A Place To Relax

This beautiful & romantic getaway can sleep up to 4 people but its ideal for 2! With rolling hills & plenty of open country there's lots of area to explore. We have cows that you'll see wandering the paddocks & you can enjoy the amazing stars at night on the deck with the fire going & a glass of wine or cuppa in hand! We are less then 10 mins from Nanango & 20 to Kingaroy. The South Burnett has something to offer for all, cafes, wineries, rail trails & adventurous bushwalks to name just a few!

Two hours north of Brisbane and 3 hours from the Gold Coast. Perfect for a romantic interlude or a family friendly exploration of the beautiful Mary Valley. The Cottage has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 5 people. Relax in the oversized lounge with a glass of wine by the fireplace on a winters evening or ease yourself into a bath and let your worries float away. Enjoy breakfast on the deck, read a book on the daybed and then sit by the fire pit in the evening watching the stars appear.

Visit the local wineries, relax at the Bjelke-Petersen dam or bring a bike to enjoy the Murgon-Kingaroy rail trail - it's all minutes from your door. The cottage is spacious with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-size kitchen, dining and living room. Enjoy sweeping views of the vineyard and nearby Boat Mountain, and be sure to drop in to the cellar door - just across the lawn!

Kookaburra cottage is an isolated private stay situated on 125 acres. Enjoy the slower pace of our lovely secluded farm, relaxing on the deck watching cows and horses wandering the paddocks. This stylish getaway sleeps up to 4 people. It boasts a large back deck overlooking wide open spaces. When night falls, treat yourself to a chandelier of stars. Situated 20 mins from Wineries, Bjelke Peterson Dam and a 25min drive to Kingaroy. The South Burnett region offers plenty to do.

Wicklow Cottage

Wicklow Cottage is a renovated country cottage situated on a working farm approximately 12 min north of Kingaroy, near the village of Wooroolin. It is a quiet location yet close to town and near the rail trail. You can choose to base yourself here to explore the area or just chill out on the verandah with a good book, a glass of local wine, enjoying the view. Some guests stay while on short term work assignments. 2 pm checkout on Sundays for weekend bookings

Mary River farm cottage

The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. It has Air-con. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.

Jack’s Cottage- Taabinga Station

Taabinga Station is a heritage listed working cattle property, vineyard and farmstay 2.5 hours from Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Easy drive to the beautiful Bunya Mountains or the wine district of Moffatdale. Big spaces and fresh air, fabulous sunsets and great walks. If you're wanting peace and quiet, Taabinga is the perfect place.
