This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

The Coop at Winterwood Farm

Welcome to The Coop! We are located in the historic city of Winterville, Georgia- 7 miles east of Athens. We have renovated a section of our barn into a colorful, comfortable guest suite for friends, family, and visitors to use. We are in walking distance of the Marigold Auditorium, the Winterville Cultural Center and Gallery, the Winterville Library, the Front Porch Bookstore, the Marigold Market (seasonal) , the Firefly Farm Stop, Pittard Park, and the Firefly Trail.

The one bed /one bathroom unit has a full kitchenette and seating area. Enjoy the views onto acres of wooded area and be at the 40 Watt Club downtown with a 15 min walk.
