This beautifully located home features several mature pines in a quiet neighborhood within the Quitman city limits. The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is available throughout the house. You will have a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 different lounging areas, washer/dryer/ironing board and iron. Each room is fully stocked with linens.

Auntie Anna’s Retreat will make and serve our guest Homemade Cinnamon Rolls 3 mornings a week! At 8 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays a hot pan of cinnamon rolls will be brought to your door! Auntie Anna’s is set on 34 acres near our personal home. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the slow pace and simple pleasures of living in the country. We love Auntie Anna’s for its large backyard with fire pit, grill and sitting area and more.

Enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay at our 369 acre ranch in East Texas. No matter if you are relaxing by the pool or fishing in one of our large spring fed ponds you are sure to enjoy your stay. We have plenty of parking for trailers and boats and the entire ranch is fenced and has security gates. Aside from lodging The Venue at Cope Ranch is a wedding and event venue.
