The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.

Idyllic, rustic, quiet self contained private 1 bed Pod in the meadow style garden of a Victorian house on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and also within walking distance of Horncastle market place, shops and amenities. Private entrance with self check in and own parking space, use of large garden, galley kitchen (with sink, small fridge, microwave), dining area and bedroom (double bed) with en-suite suitable for 1-2 adults only (sorry no children or pets).

This is a small brick shed. It is located in a quiet, rural location with the city of Lincoln a 20 minutes drive away. It is a stand-alone building that comprises a bedroom (with a double bed) and an en-suite shower and toilet room. There is a kettle, toaster, mini-fridge and mini-microwave for preparing drinks, warming up a take away etc (i.e. it is not a kitchen). Outside there is a private, walled and gated patio equipped with a table and two chairs.
