Escape to the countryside in our cosy two bedroomed fully contained annex. Wonderful views and countryside walks in our 23 acre plot with 8 acres of ancient woodland to explore. To the rear of the property, windows overlook the paddock where our resident donkeys live. The annex is fully insulated and heated throughout by individually controlled heating so you will be warm and comfortable all year round. Young children must be kept under close supervision as the property is not child safe.

Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. The Art Studio

Entire house located in the quaint town of Henley in Arden. This quirky cottage features it’s private entrance on the towns historic High Street. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! There are lots of amazing restaurants in Henley in Arden to enjoy.

This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.

The Annexe @ The Chalet is a modern build, self contained one-bedroom annexe to our home with separate entrance and everything you need for a comfortable stay just a few miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. Easy secure parking on site and space for secure bike storage. Multiple walks in the local countryside are accessible from the front door, and the locally renowned cafe / restaurant The View is a short walk away across local fields. The annexe was refurbished in November 2025.

The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6. It can also be rented in conjunction with the adjoining cottage, Knowle Cottage.
