A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

Mulberry Cottage is situated on a working small holding, in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, with direct access to a network of footpaths. The cottage has a private entrance, with views overlooking the fields and surrounding farmland, and fully enclosed garden. Watch and listen to the wildlife - and enjoy the company of sheep, alpacas, chickens and horses. Take a walk and enjoy the tranquil countryside. In the winter, cosy up next to the toasty log burner, or enjoy the dark starry skies.

The Hoot House ( tawny owls live nearby )

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £10 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis court and boating pond.

DOG FRIENDLY Ample parking area and south facing terrace full of flowers and plants overlooking the Malvern Hills and garden The Annexe is situated in the middle of a working family farm, no cows or sheep, only horses and hens, and guinea fowl . A small lake is nearby populated by ducks, a pair of swans . There are benches for sundowners while you watch the wildlife.

The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. Overlooking a private fishing pool and situated on the side of the Worcester to Birmingham canal , easy access to various footpaths and the canal towpath .Perfect for active couples who wish to walk and cycle or ideal if you want to relax while your partner fishes . The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Near the Railway pub and Dorridge cricket club, this large Edwardian House has beautiful gardens and a wildlife reserve all of which can be used by guests. It is handy for local transport with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a bus to Solihull every hour. Dorridge station is a 15 minute walk with trains to Birmingham Moor Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and London Marylebone. The NEC and Resorts World are 15 minutes by car.
