Built in 1838, originally an outbuilding for a Methodist Chapel which has undergone a full renovation and conversion into a quirky 1 bedroom house which is filled with amazing features and full of character! A modern take on a historic building, keeping some of the original heritage but with a modern contemporary feel! The ideal getaway location for a relaxed break near the lakes, with local amenities. New house for your consideration in Workington

New house situated 30 minutes from the Lake district. One large double bedroom one single bedroom (with small double bed). A fully equipped kitchen with the usual array of pots, pans and cutlery etc. There is a spacious lounge with TV and Netflix. An upstairs bathroom with shower and downstairs toilet room. The outside has a large onsite drive for at least two cars or two van type vehicles. One minute walk from local shops, High speed fibre.

Toddell Barn

Toddell Barn forms part of our traditional Lakeland longhouse farm, built in approximately 1710. Toddell Barn sits within approximately 7 acres of agricultural land that helps attract a wide variety of wildlife. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.
