This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. With ocean and canal views in the heart of Carolina Beach this little gem comes with a full service kitchen, a nice sized bathtub, and a king size bed! The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Beach access being just a few steps away. 5 minute walk to the CB boardwalk.
