Cosy romantic Cotswold stone barn, sympathetically converted with fully equipped kitchen, shower room, sitting room with 50 inch TV all with underfloor heating. Wifi. The first floor is a mezzanine style bedroom with comfortable double bed & chest of drawers. The barn is located in a field on the edge of a quiet rural village with space all around, ideal for country walks, near to Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stratford upon Avon, Bourton on the Water, Cheltenham. Welcome to our beautiful shepherds hut situated on our working farm in the Worcestershire village of Abberton, on the edge of the cotswolds. This single hut nestles within an old orchard whilst enjoying open views over Bredon Hill from its south facing balcony and the Malvern Hills from the delightful walks available over our 260 acre farm. fresh farm produce inc beef from our own 20 year old Aberdeen Angus herd are seasonally available on request.pets are welcome only with prior approval.

Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Retreat

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. The ultimate space - with private deck over looking our family farm where you can enjoy a drink from the deck chairs, in front of the fire pit! Located 15 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon and 30 minutes from the heart of the Cotswolds, there is a huge amount to explore close by.

The Deer Leap Lakeside, Woodland Cabin

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Three Mile Hideaway

Situated on site of a Grade II thatched cottage and accessed by a private driveway/track, this beautiful and extremely unique hideaway has been made specifically for the space where you can come and relax in the peaceful woodland surroundings. It’s got a beautiful wooden hot tub and large outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy some toasted marshmallows under the stars. The hideaway is situated next to a wonderful footpath where you can enjoy the idyllic routes into the village.

Maple Executive Pod with undercover Hot Tub

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. With a stylish, rustic undercover area to wine, dine and BBQ, you can truly enjoy the outdoors in comfort. The Maple Pod faces into the site, creating a sense of privacy. Luxury towels, bed linen & toiletries are provided, along with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and sugar. Quiet and tranquil, with 30 acres of estate to explore. Enjoy the nature reserve, 5 lakes, bird hide, and walks around the 3000 trees.

Wharf Meadow Log Cabin

Hi there here we have to let our very unique log cabin on a working farm. The log cabin is light and airy having just been refurbished. It benefits from being completely on its own with its nearest neighbours being our flocks of miniature sheep and laying ducks. As private and quiet as it is, it is by no means remote with local amenities less than a 10 min drive away including: Two pubs serving food Various shops Train station Restaurants Takeaways
