Shropshire Getaways Riverside 1928 Railway Hut

This 1928 GWR hut sits in an elevated position in the Severn Valley between the Severn Valley Railway and the River Severn with steam locomotives puffing along the track behind the hut. The station and visitor centre are a 5 minute walk where you can ride on a steam train. Soak in the private hot tub then sit by the fire pit at night to star gaze and listen to the owls hooting.A birthday/anniversary package of wine, homemade cake, decorations and helium balloon can be pre ordered/paid for £20.

The Goose House

The Goose House is a private one bedroom cottage in the grounds of Brook Cottage, a small holding, which originates from the 17 th century. It is situated in an 'Area of outstanding natural beauty' and the delightful Leigh Brook runs through the grounds. It has gated access and plenty of parking. It has been renovated in 2024 and offers a comfortable stay. A welcome pack includes local fresh eggs, homemade jam and fresh coffee that we roast ourselves. We have super fast broad band too.

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

Further afield is a town and city to explore. After a day outdoors there are 2 country pubs across the road from the cabin to relax.
