NOTE: If you travel with a registered service animal the cleaning fee will be increased to $300 for extra time to sanitize/clean for the next guest who may be allergic to animals.

Earthworks Art House is a newly remodeled two bedroom guest house connected with Earthworks Gallery. It is located adjacent to the gallery in a private forested setting. It borders Gerderman rhododendron preserve and is located on an extensive trail system that leads to the ocean, the forest or the center of Yachts a short distance away. We feature an extensive collection of revolving original art from the gallery. This totally new house offers plush and cozy accommodation.

Welcome to peace and tranquility at Hello Ocean! On the bluff overlooking Holiday Beach, this modern home is luxuriously nestled in the coastal pines. With two large balconies facing the ocean there is ample room to take in the breathtaking views with friends and family! Have a soak in either of the two ocean facing hot tubs, each with their own outdoor shower. When the day is done, have the best sleep of your life in the organic latex mattresses and silky bamboo sheets.

Gardner's on Coracle

Recently updated the guest bedroom to replace the old trundle beds with brand new queen bed and flatscreen TV. Our little slice of heaven located 2 blocks from one of the nicest beaches in Oregon. Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ and wood stove.

The Dolphin House

Three-bedroom, two-bath home, located in the Bayshore Beach Club community, offers easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool, gym and club house. (ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL AND CLUB HOUSE). Home is centrally located you can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Sorry NO boats or RV's parking allowed HOA rules.

See, smell, and hear the waves as you fall asleep and wake up at Sea West House, with ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms. Daydream at the end of the street at the rocky shore. Walk into town for meals or stay in and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. If are looking for comfy home with a stunning ocean view within walking distance of Yachats restaurants and shops, our house is for you! Watch the waves roll in, the sun set, the birds fly by, and occasionally whales and sea lions from our comfy home. Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

The house is located in the heart of Yachats, just a few steps away from the beach. The 804 Trail that leads to the beach is less than a minute's walk from the house - see the photographs that we have posted for the beach access. Once on the beautiful sandy beach you can explore the tide pools, hunt for agates, enjoy the majesty of the waves breaking on the shore, or just relax beside the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
