There are lots of options for the seperate lounge which can be used as downstairs entertaining, a 4th bedroom/guest room or study. The area is fully serviced by a bar/kitchennette and powder room/wc for all your entertaining needs. Upstairs, is the real show stopper .. a sweeping view from the open plan dining, living and kitchen strikes you at every window. An open, breezy feel is created with sliders that join the indoors to a spacious, tiled balcony maximising the entertaining options and further encompassing the amazing views!

NOTE: The kitchen is a large outdoor kitchen with a bar fridge, BBQ, grill top, and sink. There is no freezer or oven. A comfortable, relaxed setting for an easy holiday.
