You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Casa Bella is a luxury duplex within walking distance of eateries. Each 840 sq ft unit features high vaulted ceilings and a custom built, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, coffee bar, and full-sized appliances.
