The house is near the idyllic village and beaches of Instow ( perfect for dog walkers) and Westward Ho! It is close to Exmoor and is set between the towns of Bideford and Barnstaple. Days can be spent exploring the Tarka Trail, (great for cycling), surfing at Westward Ho!, relaxing or shopping. Westward Ho! (6 miles) or Saunton (12 miles) and Croyde (14 miles). Instow has several great restaurants/pubs, cafes, a deli and a shop - all within a mile and a half of the property. by car or foot.

Low Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY. Low Tide is a light open plan space with it's own access and parking (one vehicle no bigger than estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing and days out. Low Tide is a great base to discover the beauty of North Devon.

The Skyeloft

Built by Chris and named after the littlest member of the team, our new private annexe provides the perfect getaway for for couples or solo travellers who are looking for an easy getaway amongst fantastic beaches, beautiful countryside and great places to eat out. Just a 5 minute walk into Braunton village 10 minute drive to Saunton Beach Croyde, Putts borough and Woolacombe are 15-20 minutes drive Free, private, secure, off road parking

Cottage nr Braunton with log burner & river views

Woolstone Cottage is situated in the hillside village of Ashford with views over The River Taw. It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
