This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

This spacious 3-bedroom house, features 7 beds and 2 bathrooms. The open-concept first floor and vaulted ceilings on the second floor provide plenty of space for your comfort. There is a 14'x28' carport available for sleds, bikes, vehicles, and more. The ITS trail (88) runs behind the house, along with the Aroostook River. We are located about 5 miles outside of Presque Isle, and Aroostook Rentals is who we are!
