Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

This suite has natural bright light for those winter dark days. We're located right next to "the ridge"- a beautiful walking trail amongst the forest.
